Duplex modified into a single family household with an interior staircase leading to 4 bedrooms and a fully renovated bathroom. All rooms have large wardrobes, lots of light and individual Convectair. On the main floor, you will find a living-room, a family room/dining room, a renovated kitchen. There is also a living  room that gives you access to the garage and two terraces, one on each side of the house. The garage is large enough for 2 cars.
