Renovated, quiet, breathtaking property in Compton, only 20 minutes away from downtown Sherbrooke or Carrefour de l'Estrie.
This is a high-quality construction, rooms are airy, a breathtaking staircase has been very recently added in a series of carefully planned renovations. The living space on the first floor is open, which lets in the sunlight from the large south-east facing window. Heating is electric but a slow combustion wood stove will bring extra heat if you want!
