The view from the Lake is appreciated from many rooms of this brick exterior canadian style house. The wood fire place is situated in the center of the house which gives a very cosy atmosphere.  The house is decorated with ceramic and hardwood floors. There is a spacious, private backyard with a spa and no neighbors in back.  This peaceful neighborhood is close to a bike trail and the village of Ayer`s Cliff and is a ( cul de sac).There are no stairs to enter the house and there is a bedroom, bathroom and laundryroom on the main floor.
