Owners’ comments
Nice house in a quiet and residential family neighborhood close to shops, parks, school, bike path and very easy access to the highway. Recently built (1998) and fenced at the back, this house offers a beautiful brightness thanks to its abundant windows.
On the ground floor, you will find a large open area with living room cathedral ceiling, dining room and kitchen with a counter that can accommodate four stools. This floor also gives access to two bedrooms including the master bedroom and a bathroom.
