Magnificent 2 bedroom condo fully equipped, furnished with wood fireplace located at the foot of Mont Orford in Magog. This co-ownership of great character offers you the forest with lots of mature trees, tranquility as well as proximity to the various outdoor activities of this magnificent region. Well managed and good neighborhood, this property is surrounded by forest, close to Highway 10 (approximately 1,000 feet / 300 meters) and offers a lot of 22,000 square feet. Access and use of the land are given priority to the owners of the ground floor (us and soon you!). The neighbors use a small portion of the land facing their parking lots, which does not interfere with everyone's privacy. This condo meets the needs of a small family, a single person or a couple. Cats and dogs are accepted. The owner can rent his condo for a minimum period of 3 months.
