Included is a dishwasher drawer, of high quality, (Fisher&Paykel) as well as the well-integrated refrigerator of the same brand. It's a joy to cook there.
In the dining room, has recently reigned (autumn 2020), a pretty propane gas fireplace by Jotul, to warm up the atmosphere as well as the after-air after winter coldsmen.
This condo, very bright, with views, both from the interior and the privacyof the terrace, on a beautiful zen pond, where activate, a multitude of birds singing, with, at its right end, a nice little wooded, maintained by the city, which offers a geographical location great (south-west facing) and very peaceful.
In the heart of several leisure, attractions and services : 10 minutes walk from the beach of the Cantons, 20 minutes walk from downtown Magog and 8 minutes by car from the ski centre, Mont Orford, and many hiking trails, cross-country skis, snowshoeing, ice trail etc. Not to mention, Kite surfing, windsurfing, sailing etc. Ideal location for exceptional quality of life.

À la salle à manger, règne depuis peu(automne 2020), un joli foyer au gaz propane de marque Jotul, pour réchauffer l'ambiance ainsi que les après « plein-air » des froideurs de l'hiver.
Ce condo, très lumineux, avec vue, autant de l'intérieur que de l'intimité de la terrasse , sur un bel étang zen, où s'activent, une multitude d'oiseaux qui chantent, avec, à son extrémité droite, un joli petit boisé, entretenu par la ville, ce qui propose une situation géographique formidable (orientée sud-ouest) et très paisible.
Au coeur de plusieurs loisirs, attraits et services : À 10 minutes à pied de la plage des Cantons, 20 minutes à pieds du centre-ville de Magog et 8 minutes en voiture du centre de ski, Mont Orford, et de bien des sentiers pédestres, skis de fonds, raquettes, sentier glacé etc. Sans oublier, Kite surf, planche à voile, voile etc. ç'est un emplacement idéal pour une qualité de vie exceptionnelle.
