Owners’ comments
One-and-a-half-storey house with 2 bedrooms. The mezzanine is currently used as a bedroom. There is the possibility of closing the mezzanine in order to create a closed bedroom. Upon entering, there is a superb solarium allowing you to have a good coffee. The basement has an independent entrance and is not finished which allows you to do what you want with it.
