Large and warm period residence, 1898, currently operated in Gîte du Passant.
Very peaceful, surrounded by trees, a bit back but within walking distance of the picturesque village of North Hatley. Deer deer are part of our daily landscape.

Une partie de la superficie du terrain est adossée à la rivière, menant au lac Massawippi. Cette bande riveraine est aménagée et agrémentée d'un quai permanent, de 100 pieds de long, installé en automne 2015. (3 espaces à bateau)
L'espace chambre des maîtres, immense walk-in avec fenêtre, salle de bain des maîtres et buanderie ont été achevé en 2017. Elle pourrait aisément aussi convenir en unifamiliale. L'espace aire ouverte du rez-de-chaussé, dans le description des pièces, correspond à la salle à manger et le salon des propriétaires.
