La maison construite par Bonneville en 2009 et emménagée en 2010, arbore une grande fenestration du côté Nord-Ouest. Couchers de soleil époustouflants garantis. De grandes portes patio à 3 pans, donnent sur un balcon de la chambre des maîtres et de la salle à manger. Annexé à ce dernier, un grand patio (été 2023) de 16 pieds sur 12 permet l'espace pour y installer BBQ et meubles de jardin.
De chacune des fenêtres de la maison, on ne voit que de la nature. Pas de voisins à l'avant ni à l'arrière. Forêt à l'arrière et sur les côtés et la route à 400 pieds de la maison n'est pas visible. Seule la vue sur le Mont Mégantic agrémente l'avant de la maison, dont bénéficient la chambre des maîtres, le salon et la salle à manger. Il n'y aucun voisin à l'avant, ni l'arrière et le côté sud de la propriété.
L'eau du puits artésien est excellente et aucun système de filtration ou de sel n'est nécessaire. Fait intéressant, la vidange de la fosse septique (béton) se fait aux deux ans, administré par la municipalité, à un coût très raisonnable sur les taxes foncières.

Pour la téléphonie cellulaire, ne nouvelle tour de communication est prévue dans la région, par la même compagnie et permettra une excellente réception d'ici un an.
