Located in Orford area, this cottage with rustic and comfortable style offers an exceptional view on a peaceful and ecological lake. At any season the scenery is wonderful and private, away from all pollution including outboard motor and favorable for swimming, canoe, kayak, pedalo ,fishing and walking.In winter time, activities like snowshoeing, skating and cross country skiing are possible.

At one hour and half from Montreal and 30 minutes from Magog, Sherbrooke, Granby and close to ski and golf centers. Everything is very closely accessible and far away from urban traffic. Most of the services are at about 12 minutes away.

There is a 2nd lot on the other side of the local street having a very practical large warehouse for all type of items.

This cottage area is very attractive and peaceful.
