Welcome in the magnificent Township of Potton. Up and coming area since a massive investment came about Owl's Head ski resort. The landscape is mountainous, filled with forests, and southing. Breathtaking panorama.

Here is a land of more than 8 acres on the scenic Schoolcraft road. Quiet and slow area. Sloping ground with with several plateaus to build a house that stares at Sutton mountain. You will be able to draw your house far enough from the neighbors so you don't see each other. A stream almost perfectly splits the lot in two equal parts for the first third of it. Then it turns on the northern neighbor's property. Some parts of the land are humid.

Memphremagog lake: 10 minutes

Owl's Head ski resort: 15 minutes

Bolton spa : 10 minutes

Jay Peak ski resort: 35 minutes
