This sector is very quiet. It's impossible that the land at the back of this one has construction in the future. So, no neighbor could be behind you.

A 5 minutes time to the main commercial centers as Costco, Carrefour de l'Estrie, and other essential need business.

Raison of the sale: We were supposed to build a bi-generation house in the months to come, but we bought a house lately.
