Beautiful storey house has always been well maintained, non-smoking, in a quiet and sought after area, close to several services and Highway 610. Large detached garage (20 x 28) heated, isolated, with storage on the 2nd floor. Double parking that can accommodate 6 to 8 cars. Intimate, landscaped and fenced.
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs: the master bedroom is spacious with a walk-in closet and an adjoining bathroom completely redone with heated floor, whirlpool with built-in water heater.
