Huge windows flood the property with natural light and there is a wall-mounted air conditioning system for added comfort.

Open concept, living room with gas fireplace, dining room and large kitchen with plenty of storage space. Granite countertop, under-cabinet lighting, retractable stove hood, ceramic backsplash, sliding double glass doors for the entrance wardrobe as well as for the pantry.

All these elements have been improved and/or added over the years and make it a most pleasant place to live.
