This condo is warm, welcoming, and spacious. It has an independent entrance and lots of storage space.
The kitchen has a walk-in pantry, a lunch counter, and many cabinets. The living and dining rooms are an open concept.
There are 3 bedrooms, including the master bedroom with a walk-in closet. This closet links the master bedroom to the washroom.
There are no neighbors behind the unit. The yard is private. This condo is strategically placed near many commodities (Carrefour de l'Estrie, Saint-Joseph plateau, bus stops, highway, the André-Viger and Saint-Charles-Garnier parks, and convenience stores). This sector is calm and secure.
A heat pump was installed in June of 2022. The hot water tank was replaced in February 2020.
