Owners’ comments
Condo with 4 units, situated on the ground floor with a covered parking spot.
The unit has 6 rooms, in great condition with deluxe finishes. The apartment includes all of the integrated appliances, a refrigerator, washer, and dryer. All of the blinds are also included. Heated flooring throughout the whole apartment with thermopump and air exchanger.
Amazing management of the condominium association with all of the insurance and security funds. The building is well maintained with recent repainting of the exterior and resurfacing of the driveway asphalt. Gardening and snow removal are included in condo fees. The condo president is very present and involved for the good of the owners and the building.
Furniture is available for an extra fee.
