Large wooded lot, intimate backyard is part of Becket Wood and offers you a breathtaking view of the forest! The Becket Park is nearby and includes a multitude of services such as a children's park, a public pool and soccer / tennis court. Access to the Becket Woods walking trails are nearby as well as the city center. It's literally the countryside in town!

In the basement, there is a housing 3 1/2 upscale and completely renovated in 2017.
