Given the current constraints, we are open to a "live" virtual visit.

A fully renovated split-level located in a sough area of northern Sherbrooke, nearby all services : schools, parks, bike path, public transport and located near commercial areas and major highways. 

Beautiful intimate and landscaped terrain with south-facing rear courtyard with a 14' x 16' deck and shed. Quiet area where it's good to live.

Possibility of an additional room either for a game room, home theater or storage and also possibility of including certain furniture, rods and curtains
