Built in 2004 and always well maintained, this condo has 2 large rooms on the 1st floor and another in the basement. This one was built with soundproofing panels in the walls.
The ground floor is completely opened. The island, in the kitchen, can be moved.
In the living room there is a propane fireplace. It has never been used. Only the tank is missing.
