Owners’ comments

Semi-detached house located on the bank of the Massawippi River, about 800m from the center of Lennoxville. 100 meters from the Lennoxville-North Hatley bike path along the river. The house has a lot of character, it is centenary and was restored in 2007.

Several original woodworks on the two levels, with 10-foot high ceilings on the ground floor. On one side, three large bedrooms with boudoir, on the other (rental unit) two bedrooms with large boudoir. On both sides, the bathrooms on the second floor include a shower and a clawfoot tub. On the first floor are the living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom/laundry room.

On both sides, the living room is equipped with a slow combustion stove which can be used to heat the house in winter. A shelter that can hold 10 cords of wood is located behind the house. The land has several mature trees and has an area of half a hectare. A large vegetable garden on very fertile land is located in the backyard. A very large barn is on the property on the accommodation side. Housing income is currently $ 950 per month.
