A nice piece of Heaven only 2 minutes away from town! Lovely house on a 21,000 square feet land with more than 40 fruit trees like blueberry, raspberry, strawberry, apple trees and many more.

A very intimate land with fences all around. The deck is 25 feet by 15 and leads to the 24 feet pool. This place is perfect for your friends and family get together! It also has a hen house at the back of the garage.

The neighbourhood is quiet with a lots of young family, and we're located only 5 minutes walk from Atto-Beaver park and the cycle path.

A lot of renovations have been done: 2 new bathrooms, plumbing, electricity, windows, the deck, the drainers around the house, the basement is almost all done with a beautiful wood stove and a legit chimney...

Now there are 3 bedrooms but there is a possibility to make maybe 1 or 2 others in the basement, yours to choose!
