Superb property impeccably maintained. A dream house that has become too big for me. To visit it is to adopt it! Investments of more than $120,000 since 2012 for renovations. Heated salt pool: ideal for spending a beautiful summer in these times of sanitary measures. Air conditioning, quartz kitchen counters, large rooms with lots of light, lots of included (see list below).

Rental REVENUES between $10,800 and $14,500 per year, depending on how you manage your rentals (for example, with Airbnb in the summer, it's more work, and more income). Independent entrance for university students on the side of the garage ensures privacy.

2019 kitchen with lots of storage. Garage with lots of storage. Well-appointed and clean shed. Large bright rooms. Very large veranda over 15 x 10 irr. to enjoy the summer with roof and windows on the west and north-west sides. A large family room in the basement equipped to put a fireplace if you wish.

Conditions of purchase

The offer to purchase generally includes conditions. The most common are the property passing an inspection, the buyer providing proof of financing and the buyer selling their own property. Once the listed conditions are met, the property is considered sold.
