This quadruplex was built in 1938. The building is made of concrete and bricks. All mortar joints have been redone in the last two years.

All accommodations are currently rented. Two of the accommodations are 3 1/2 and two are 4 1/2. Each unit has a three-season solarium and balcony at the front of the building and a large balcony at the back. A garden is present at the back.
