Beautiful, large condo, located in the Place de la Cité complex, facing the Galaxy Cinema in Rock-Forest.
The complex includes 4 condominium associations, 3 blocks of 12 apartments and a common park. Our union is well managed, finances are healthy, and neighborhood relationships are pleasant. Relevant documentation can be provided upon request.
Our building and my condo in particular have been very well maintained over the years and have undergone numerous renovations. My condo is very bright thanks to its windows on 3 facades and the air circulates very well. From the living room, the view of the city and the sky is exceptional. You can even see the fireworks for the Lac des Nations festival

On peut même y voir les feux d'artifices de la fête du Lac des Nations.
Ce condo offre beaucoup d'espaces de rangement (placards, garde-robes et garde-manger). Dès l'entrée, vous observerez une vaste aire ouverte offrant une continuité avec la cuisine. La salle à manger donne accès au balcon couvert, récemment rénové. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et généreuse en armoires. Le corridor donnant accès aux chambres est large (4 pieds) et est presque une pièce en soi. La salle de bain présente deux éviers et une lingerie. La chambre principale possède un garde-robe de presque 8 pieds. La salle de lavage offre plusieurs armoires et dégage un espace pour des étagères de rangement.
