Style, space, quality! Everything to dream!
Quick possession possible.
100% perfect inside and out, superb contemporary townhouse with many options, very bright, located in a very peaceful street (dead end), with no rear neighbors (mini-forest construction impossible ). The house had only one owner and was purchased new from the contractor.
Beautiful kitchen with lots of options added during construction: large island with drawers, high-end polyester cabinets and built-in lightning everywhere.
Open concept living room and dining room with huge entry closet (2 times larger than standard, added during construction).
Large bedrooms upstairs: the master bedroom has a very large walk-in closet with light. The 2nd bedroom has a larger than standard wardrobe, also with light (added during construction). Perfect for seeing clearly!
Basement completely finished with quality materials and careful lighting: Bathroom with ceramic shower and practical laundry area with clothes racks. Bedroom 3 with wardrobe (currently used as an office). Large home theater style living room with a cozy atmosphere. The wiring for your speakers is integrated into the walls, only yours are left to connect!
