Owners’ comments

Modern  « turnkey » home built end of 2012. Situated on a private domain. Very quiet area with only local traffic. The domain offers the use of the swimming pool, snow-shoeing and x-country ski trails. Situated approx. 15-20 mins from Bromont and Magog.

The driveway can accommodate 6 cars . The outside coverings of the house and shed are in Canexel . The roof is covered with shingles.

Built on a heated foundation that covers 100% of the house. The stove (optional) and fireplace with propane. The kitchen has an island counter (5 x 3) with 9 drawers on one side. The cupboards for the kitchen and bathroom are made of cherry wood. The kitchen has a cupboard section with sliding shelves.

The living room, dining room and kitchen are open concept. The dining room and living room wall are made of pine paneling. Superb view of the forest from the living room. No neighbors in the back.

The rear deck has a surface of 1,500 sq ft (fenced) made of stained hemlock wood. Retractable awning 12'x10' over the patio door. The shed measures 14 x 12 x 8 high with Canexel (same color as the house). There is also a 60 x 4 garden on the side of the house.
