Like a new house in the countryside! Built in 2016, this property still benefits from the 5-year provincial warranty for new constructions. It has not been modified and has remained in perfect condition.

Enjoy peace in the countryside in this cute home built on a 2-acre wooded lot that is 550 feet long. A near-2-acre adjacent lot is for sale, separately. Winding trails are perfect for walks in the woods. There will never be construction across the street as that property contains a protected pond. The property comes with a notarized access to Lac Libby for kayaking or canoeing. Villagers also have access to Lac Trousers. There are many very well kept walking trails in and around the village. This is a vibrant community that offers many activities and gatherings.

The first floor is an open concept and the large windows offer a superb view of the forest.
