Take long walk on the trail that runs through your 15 acre woodland (approximately 900 'x 800') lot. Two streams cross the land (Fish there for trout!)

The cabin is open concept. Located on a very quiet road. No neighbors nearby. You will have peace!

Septic tank and purification fields for 3 bedrooms, new installations in 2020. + Surface well. Large shed with lots of space.

Good news, since 2019 the land is zoned white on 1 acre! (So buildable)

Located 15 minutes from the village and only 35 minutes from Sherbrooke.

The internet and mobile phone signal works very well. (And Netflix has been fully tested with no issues)

The chalet has been almost completely renovated, only a few additions remain to the interior, mainly the joints, the flooring, sinks, cabinets. Everything else is perfectly functional. Finish it to your liking!
