Our estate is located in the heart of the city of Stanstead in the Eastern township, near highway 55 South and Vermont border United States (500 meters), this two-hundred-year-old estate (1810) formerly owned by Lady Banting, wife of the co-inventor of insulin Frédérik Banting, is located on more than 5 acres of mature trees, gardens and creeks 

This magnificent Georgian style historic estate, built by Loyalist (Lee family) is bordered by the Tomifobia River, has operated as a 5-suns bed and breakfast for over 14 years now. Due to its strategic location, the rich history of the city and the inescapable beauty of this region, this enchanting site allows you a multitude of possibilities.

On the estate, there is a stable attached to the house containing six stalls, 3 garages, workshops, one 17.5kw generator installed in (2016). The amperage was increased from 200 to 400 amps in 2010. There is a possibility to develop 2000 square feet for more rooms, loft or apartment. There is a possibility to development of a hotel complex, market research in support (+30 rooms).
