Available now! Very beautiful cottage completely renovated with a garage and three bedrooms upstairs. The land is wooded. There are no rear neighbors. The property is located down a quiet street without exit and safe for children.

All woodwork and wood floors have been restored. All the exterior siding of the house was changed.The frontage of the house and the garage was redone in stone and aged wood. The roof of the house and the garage was remade in 2014 with asphalt shingles.

The main servicesof the municipality are within walking distance. Access to Highway 55 is easy and fast.

Ground floor
The kitchen has been completely renovated. It includes several cabinets and storage spaces. The appliances are stainless steel and are included: refrigerator, oven, built-in microwave, built-in dishwasher and hotplate.


The entrance hall leads to the dining room by French doors. The boudoir can be used as a bedroom and it has large windows. It is separated from the living room by French doors. The living room has two windows and an embedded antique cupboard.

A beautiful circular staircase made of hemlock spruce wood leads upstairs. A bathroom has been fitted under the stairs.

1st floor

The master bedroom is accessed by French doors and includes a private bath, two skylights, two windows and a large wardrobe with sliding wooden doors. The floors are made of wooden slats.
