The house (32' x 24' ) is situated at 400 feet from the public road, its field stones front is directly south.  It has been built elevated to eliminate all risks of flood, the basement is at the level of the yard and serve as woodworking and mecanic shop. It has two complete heating systems wood and/or electric baseboads.  A solarium has been annexed around year 2000.

A 160 feet well supply very good soft water.

The garage built in 1998 is fully insulated and the inside is finished.  It has three ( 10' x 8' ) electric doors.

Two sheds are used to shelter Heating wood lumber and other materials and are big enough for vehicules.

The 100 acres wooded lot has been under durable forest management for nearly 40 years. It is a mix forest with most soft wood species at the beginning but more hardwood in the second half. Around 20 acres are in wet areas.. Three hunting platforms are installed.
