House very well maintained. Beautiful brightness. Direct access to a municipal park by the back yard. Basement fully finished. Peaceful neighborhood. The house was completely redone in 1983. Less than one kilometer from the primary school. Possibility of a 4th bedroom in the basement, permit conform to the sanitary system. The roof dates from 2010 and 2011, the canvas of the pool was replaced in 2015. Parking for 5 cars. The trees are mature, perfect for a family. Pleasant living environment only 15 minutes from Sherbrooke.  The decorative wood stove in the dining room is included.
