Pretty house on a dead-end street, near the hospital, primary and secondary schools, grocery stores, and 3 minutes from the highway. Beautiful landscaped and private lot. Bathroom entirely renovated in 2015, electrical box changed in 2014 along with most of the wiring, and plumbing redone in 2016.  The attic insulation has been redone in january 2019 and a heating and cooling system has been installed also, for a year round comfort!

Come visit and you will be seduced by its vintage style. The floors in genuine hardwood on the ground floor and upstairs softwood will charm you.
