Beautiful, welcoming single-family home with high brightness located on the seaside. Quiet area, large lot with no neighbors in front and at the back. New windows, in 2016, in the dining room on the ground floor. Basement completely renovated, lots of storage with a large open plan room, living room with a wood stove, bathroom redone. New wooden interior staircases and new metal ramps. New front balcony, in 2016, made of composite wood. Foundations renovated in 2017 and 2018. House supplied with drinking water by a well equipped with a submersible pump and located in the basement. Extensive outdoor parking at the front. A built-in 17¨X 23¨ garage with electric door. Well maintained land with fruit trees and shrubs. Very nice view of the sea.
