Superb land, on the banks of the Saint-Jean River in Gaspé.

The land is located on Rue Saint-Jean near (just after km 3) from the junction of Route 132, or at most 12-15 minutes from downtown Gaspé. Close to major points of interest in the region, the land is located in particular 5 minutes from the beautiful beach of Haldimand, 35 minutes from Percé and 30 minutes from Parc Forillon. The St-Jean River is renowned for its quality of fishing and clear water.
