Large house with exceptional views and easy access to the Baie du Havre-Aubert. This is a recent construction (finishing work in progress) designed by the owners with high quality materials (woodwork, wood walls and ceilings, prestige sheet metal roofing, LED lighting, composite patio, windows PVC, TEC and fiberglass doors, gas fireplace with slate mantel).
You'll find a huge kitchen with 8-foot island, granite countertops, gas stove and lots of storage, all in an open concept to the dining room and living room. The abundant fenestration makes it possible to admire the sight on the sea, as well as the sunsets. On the ground floor, there is possibility of arranging a home office (in room 5) with direct access to the entrance hall and the bathroom. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, including a master bedroom with walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom, as well as the main bathroom.
