Owners’ comments
Single family house completely furnished and very bright 31' x 33'. Located in the heart of the village, near all services, between the sea and mountains, in a very quiet street (dead end).
Our intimate ground is the largest in the neighborhood and is lined with large hedges and a fence and is furnished by beautiful matures maple trees, a fenced garden, a large wooden patio (25' x 18') freshly dyed and a pergola (10' x 10'). A garage (16' x 20'), a car shelter (10' x 20') and a shed (16' x 10') give a lot of storage. A children's house (10' x 6') will please the little ones. Large asphalted car park (8 paths).
The entrance has a large cedar wardrobe. Each room (3) has a large wardrobe. The kitchen give a lot of storage. There is an independent entrance at the basement. A large storage (cold room 16' x 11') is accessible at the basement.
The proximity of primary school, library, early childhood center, fun park near the sea, outdoor center, beach and youth club are perfect for young family. The grocery store, the drug store and the local pastry are also accessible in less than a five minute walk .
The fans of sports and nature will be fully satisfied. Kayak, fishing, skiing, snowshoes, fat bike, outdoor skating, hiking, sea-bathing, mountain bike are all practicable within a radius of 5 km. A indoor pool, College, interior bloc center, microbrewery and a golf are accessible in 15 minutes by car.
