Pretty townhouse.
Very quiet area, close to highways 40 and 640 and close to the train station. A walking distance of the grocery store and restaurants.
Be the owner at the price of a rent. Ideal for small family.
Very functional with its 2 bedrooms upstairs (+1 in the basement). 2 bathrooms and a private courtyard.
Basement completely finished with a large family space and a bedroom.
Air conditioning / heat pump (2017).
The roof was redone in 2007 and the windows (ground floor and upper floors) were changed in 2011.
Affordable condo fees.
