Less than an hour from Montreal, this little corner of paradise is located on the edge of a natural lake surrounded by mature deciduous forest. Nearby, the picturesque cities of Chertsey and Rawdon, which are full of shops of all kinds: food and local produce markets, restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, hardware stores, garages, etc. Also a few minutes away, the ski center of Rawdon.

The land is almost flat, has 38 m on the edge of the water and populated by mature trees. The lake is 1/2 km long and is less than 2 km from Route 335. There are only 26 lots around the lake for much more privacy.
