Nice country house 24' x 46' deep on 45' x 127' located in the village of Lanoraie, in the countryside. Lanaudière quiet area on route 138 (Chemin du Roy) between Lavaltrie and Berthierville and 3 minutes from Highway 40.

Built in 1960 and converted into a 4-season, this 1-level house (ground floor only) is very functional and has a lot of woodwork (hardwood floors and colonial cabinets).

Renovations since 2013: completed PEX plumbing, replaced toilet, dishwasher entrance, floor joists (2) repaired, leveled floor, fan in the bathroom, painted in 5 parts, outer fence 125 feet long, landscaping.

2 bedrooms with green colors with large closets offer 150 and 120 square feet respectively.
