House close to downtown Assomption, restaurants, college, CEGEP, elementary school and Hector-Charland Theatre. We renovated this house in its entirety in 2015-16. Electricity, plumbing, insulation, lighting, windows upstairs, both exterior doors, all floors, kitchen cabinets, new air exchanger and bathroom. We've all done it again. The upstairs boudoir shows a cathedral ceiling with exposed structural beams and a fireplace. We managed to preserve the original staircase with all its original character. See the pictures.

House on a very large plot (more than 7000 square feet) which is located at the back and which offers good privacy as two of the three sides are with hedges and trees. Perfect for gardening in summer, and making floral arrangements. A garage at the end of the asphalt driveway welcomes your car for the winter. An F150 enters it easily.

We have incorporated a washer-dryer space in the bathroom but they need to be overlaid. We include in the sale, washers and dryers that are currently in place if desired. They are new from 2016. We rented the house for three years and included these electro.
