Magnificent property alongside the Mastigouche river, close to activities such as ATV, ski dodo, cross country swing and snow shoe.

If you're looking for the idea place to escape the city, the stress and the traffic, you will need to look no further. This log cabin will seduce you with its' charm and tranquility and open spaces. The property has been renovated over the last 10 years with high quality materials. The cabin is situated on a lot of 55,000 sq ft bordered by the mountain in back and the river in front.

In the front yard you'll find a pergola surrounded by fruit trees (plums and pears, as well as white and blue grape vines.) There is also an assortment of raspberries, blueberries and perennials. Enjoy evenings with family and friends by the outdoor fireplace.

On higher ground there is a small blueberry plantation with approximately 100 plants.
