4 1/2 condo with its private front door, located on the ground floor in a quiet area. There is 1 outdoor parking included.
Very well located, close to public transport; the bus around the corner, 5 minutes walk from the station to catch the train and 2 minutes from the highway. The bike path is easily accessible
.Animal rights (all formats). The condo is well soundproofed, I have never heard the animals from my neighbors. There is also a large communal courtyard at the back for walking your dog or even for sunbathing

Droit aux animaux (tous formats). Le condo est bien insonorisé, je n'ai jamais entendu les animaux de mes voisins. Il y a également une grande cours commune à l'arrière pour promener votre chien ou pour même se faire bronzer.
