Superb semi-detached house with open concept. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, including a very large master bedroom.
Large bathroom upstairs with large shower and large separate bath. Laundry room upstairs, annexed to the bathroom.
The ground floor is an open concept with a kitchen renovated in 2018, equipped with Quartz countertops and lots of storage. The main counter has been enlarged to provide more space for cooking (7ft 6in by 3ft 3in). The included dishwasher left without warranty. There is a powder room on the ground floor.
The basement, open concept, is fully finished. The size of the basement offers the possibility of adding a 3rd bedroom.
There is a long Parking space where you can park up to 4 cars.
The courtyard, facing south, embellishes the house, allowing its occupants to take full advantage of the landscaping since the sun is there from morning to night. A large 16x12 balcony can easily accommodate a BBQ and a patio set. There is also a green area. Ideal for families. Spa to be discussed.
The house is located in a residential area and near the aut-40 and aut-640. The street is very quiet and a superb cycle path is available via the adjacent street. There is a elementary school within walking distance and a high school is within 3 km.
Grocery stores, emergency services, shopping center, dentists, medical clinic, public transportation, convenience stores, restaurants, sports center and movie theater are all within a short drive.
