Very well located on a corner + facing a park, this charming residence is implanted in a district well known for its calm, safty and his 'bonheur de vivre'.

The presence of a facing park, a corner and a roundabout offer to this property a distance and visual opening very rare in this area.

This house, built in 1961, belonged to the same family since the beginning and has always been very well maintained. All floors are hard wood (wild cherry) on the main floor except in kitchen and bathroom.

The outside aspects of the property, as well as the inside spaces, have been kept in very good condition through the years and a quick occupancy is possible.

This location is ideal for a family with small children as it is situated directly in front of the primary school, the kindergarten and a park with several play areas, including a water-jet park.

The property itself is landscaped in a way to leave the views open on the park and to keep the backyard very private and secure. A large cedar hedge surrounds and closes the back garden and the side of the property.
