Spacious condominium with mezzanine, 1,540 sq. ft., situated on the 3rd floor, accessible by elevator, with a view of the river.
Large kitchen area with lots of storage, bamboo flooring, and a natural gas fireplace in the living and dining areas. The high cathedral-style ceiling encompasses the mezzanine with a window and washroom.
