 This large property is only located at:

- 3 minutes from 45 degrees North and the « Arc en Flèche » archery club.

- 9 minutes from the Atlantide complex and Family Zoo.

- 20 minutes from the Ski Montcalm center.

- 45 minutes from Terrebonne.

- 28 minutes from Rawdon.

 You can drive on a 300 meters private road from Rang #8 to a 20 feet high beautiful waterfall that is located entirely inside the property. Upstream of the falls,  65-meter cascades and falls supply the river with water all year round, the source of which is mainly from the Regional Park of the MRC.

The house is built on 10,651.1 square meters of land.  

It is also possible to buy (separate transaction) the adjacent lot that measures 51.48 square acres or 179,379.3 square meters. On this lot, it would be possible to build two more houses which could possibly become two small farms (hobby farms) with residences, and to add a significant area to the land of the house.

The Beauport River drains the regional park of the MRC de Lanaudiere. This section is the head of the river. At least 5 kinds of ferns reproduce there every year.

 A regional fauna crosses the territory and demonstrates its vitality and its richness. Many amphibians, reptiles, mammals, and birds stay there and reproduce during the seasons.

Partridges, turkeys, woodcocks, ducks, deer, moose, bears, coyotes, wolves, lynx, hares, fishers, weasels, foxes, etc. We find in the river beavers, muskrats, otters, brook trout, crayfish, salamanders, etc.

 In the heart of the foothills of the Laurentians, within a hilly relief dug by the glaciers of the period of the same name.  The region is dotted with eskers that filter the water and qualify it for unparalleled purity.  Many landscaped trails give access to the entire property.  In autumn it is the festival of colors, in winter the snow is white and remains immaculate.
