Navigable Lake (2.5 km long by 1.25 km wide) with a maximum depth of 40-45 meters; native gray trout, speckled trout etc.
Cottage with panoramic, very close to the Val St Come ski resort, the Swaggin and Contreforts trails, the Montagne du Tranchant (climbing), Lac Croche and ZEC Lavigne outfitters and the pretty village of St-Côme.
Warm 4-season chalet, large balcony, beautiful windows, metal roof with large basement. Easy to access all year round. Compliance with riverbank regulations. New wastewater treatment system (11-2023) and drinking water treatment system. The finish of the exterior cladding needs maintenance.
Very interesting for lovers of boats, sailing, downhill skiing, water skiing, fishing, hunting, ATVs and snowmobiles. Very peaceful place.
