Welcome to Domaine l'Amical. This unique site with its 2 quaint cottages, four seasons and their respective SPAS, overlooking the banks of the mouth of the great Lake Ouareau in Saint-Donat. The panoramic view offers you an enchanting look!
The ground is majestically bent of mature trees that make the places private and peaceful. While being in a residential area of the most peaceful, it is only 2 minutes from the village, what could be better?
NB: For the 3D visit of the chalet "le Charmant", click on the blue circle which is in the window of the room at the top of the chalet "Le Coquin", it will open a new session.
Great opportunity to share places with family or friends. Possibility also to occupy one and rent the other. The cottages are each on a separate lot to separate them, with a good contract division.
The cottages are currently rented in the short term, are profitable and the entire organization to do this is well established. A possibility of income is therefore possible. The modification of the town planning by-laws currently being studied in St-Donat, a compliance of soon should arrive. Please ask for the document on this subject for all the details.
Please note that in the summer the visits are not very flexible, to respect the rentals. This is possible between 12h and 17h some Fridays and during the week of July 27 to August 3 and that of August 17 to 24.
"Turnkey": The chalets are sold fully furnished, very well equipped and maintained. They each have their spa 4 seasons outdoors and have a beautiful intimacy between them despite the 150 'separating them. All maintenance equipment is also included.
