Beautiful cottage for sale located in an amazing location. Little paradise on a ski hill called La Reserve plus a legal authorized access to a very nice private sandy beach on Lake Ouareau.
Located in the forest, on the mountain on a nearly 21,000 square ft land, the cottage is a rare great turn key opportunity with very little maintenance required in both winter and summer. The site is great for active outdoor sport fans, such as skiing, ski-dooing, snowshoeing, or else. As well in the summer, you may enjoy fat biking, mountain biking, hiking, or boating, kayaking, swimming on the lake.
